Personalized 1:1 Remote Coaching & Programming in 4 Week blocks. 12 week minimum.


Service Description

Hi there - thanks for taking the step to get to know more about me as a coach and how I can potentially help you in your Fitness journey! Whether you are a home gym enthusiast or a completive CrossFitter or Weightlifter my 1:1 remote coaching is like have a personal coach in your pocket. For me to get to know you better we will need to schedule a 30-45 minutes consult to go over your personal goals and what to expect in your training programming. To schedule our first meeting email me here: lesha.meyer@gmail.com or Text/WhatsApp me at +1 (215) 510 - 1284 After our first initial call we will goal set and connect during our call. Your plan is built/designed based on YOUR GOALS. If you have 3, 4 or 5 days a week to train, 45 minutes to 3 hours and limited equipment or total accesses I will create something that fits your needs and get you to your forever changing goals. The finish line in fitness is always changing, as it should be! Once we have connected and I receive payment of $250 USD via venmo (@lesha-vozobule) or Paypal (@leshavoz), you will receive a link that grants you access to your TrueCoach app with this provided email address. You be billed in every 4 weeks regardless of the number of weeks in a month. I use the TrueCoach app to deliver your program weekly. The app is free for your use. If you have used TrueCoach in the past or are a current user, you will need a new email address or have your old coach release you as a client. Please let me know if you have any questions before we start. I can't wait to get to know you better and help you reach some of your training goals! *A 3 month minimum is required for this service - 12 weeks is usually the sweet spot where we start to see our progress.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your monthly 1:1 remote coaching plan, you must send a text or an email stating your cancellation in writing. I ask that you please cancel before your next training block which is every 4 weeks. There is a 12 week minimum to our coach athlete relationship, as that is where the magic happens. IF you feel we just do not mesh or life has really gotten in the way (money, time & relationships...) I am human too and we can talk about what our next steps should be.
